All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our luxury antique and handcrafted furniture pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Exceptions — We accept claims only in the following cases:

Damaged Item: If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Item Not as Described: If the item received does not match the product description or photos, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
